The system herein combines the data from the physical detection device, the electromagnetic detection device and the safe base station, and can capture a mobile terminal which enters the to-be-monitored region in an accurate manner. Compared with detection methods which simply rely on a certain detection device, the system herein, when detecting the in-out carrying of the mobile device, reduces the wrong detection reports of the mobile device in the to-be-monitored region. Further, the combined usage of the safe base station, the physical detection device and the electromagnetic detection device also reduces the missing detection report rate of the mobile terminal in the to-be-monitored region.
