The method comprises the following steps: connecting configured substation intelligence equipment with an optical switch, and establishing substation data messages; configuring a plurality of SV (Sampled Value) messages and GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Substation Event) data frames for a digital relay protection testing device, controlling traffic change by utilizing the SV, and interfering the network record analysis device by utilizing the GOOSE data; configuring single or multiple abnormal SV and GOOSE messages for the digital relay protection testing device, injecting into the optical switch, and respectively performing performance test on the network record analysis device by gradually increasing the traffic; configuring SV and GOOSE transmission through the optical switch, and checking the independent performance and classification specificity of the network record analysis device; and connecting a network performance tester to the network record analysis device, and checking whether messages are output from the network record analysis device.
