The device comprises a first positioning unit and a second positioning unit, wherein the first positioning unit comprises a first support and a suction disc which is connected with the first support and capable of fixing the first support to the base metal; the first support is provided with at least one positioning surface; the second positioning unit comprises a second support and a suction disc which is connected with the second support and capable of fixing the second support to the base metal; the second support is provided with at least one elastic pressing block, and each elastic pressing block is provided with at least one guide bevel; and the first positioning unit and the second positioning unit are arranged opposite to each other so as to clamp the profile between the first positioning unit and the second positioning unit, the positioning surfaces on the first support are used for making contact with one side of the profile, and the elastic pressing blocks on the second support are used for elastically making contact with the other side of the profile.
