The stitch-forming part of the two-needle bar includes a core, groove pins, a yarn guide bar and a knockover bit, wherein the yarn guide bar is positioned above the needle bar, and the groove pins, which are arranged on the two-needle bar, have needle backs arranged opposite to each other; the stitch-forming movement is characterized in that in the stitch-forming movement cycle, the yarn guide bar is placed front the front groove pin; yarn is laid on the needle back of the front groove pin, the yarn prepares for swinging backward immediately, and meanwhile the back groove pin rises to a certain position; the guide bar swings to the back, the yarn is laid on the needle front of the front groove pin, the guide bar swings forward, and the front groove pin prepares for rising; the yarn guide bar swings to the front, the yarn is laid on the needle front of the back groove pin, the yarn guide bar prepares for swinging backward, the back groove pin prepares for descending, and the front groove pin prepares for rising; the yarn guide bar swings to the backmost position, the front groove pin rises to a certain position, the back groove pin descends to a certain position, and the yarn guide bar swings forward.
