Embodiment Construction

[0026] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0027] Such as figure 1 , the RFID surgical instrument management system based on the radio frequency tag of this embodiment is mainly composed of an RFID reading unit, an RFID tag, three groups of antennas and an industrial computer. The RFID tag is built into the surgical instrument, and the three sets of reading antennas are respectively located at the registration entry point, the recycling bin and the scanner. The RFID tag embedded in the surgical instrument contains a unique identifier UID to identify the unique identity of the instrument and the uniqueness of the instrument. The application family identifier AFI of the corresponding type. The RFID reading unit reads the label information in the device through the electromagnetic coupling of the antenna, and transmits it to the industrial computer through the RS232 serial port. The industrial computer is installe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a RFID surgical instrument management system based on a radio frequency tag. The system herein includes a RFID reading unit, a RFID tag and an industrial personal computer. An ISO15693 radio frequency tag is built inside a surgical instrument. Three groups of reading antennas are separately disposed at a registration entering place, a recycle barrel and a scanner. The RFID tag embedded in the surgical instrument saves the only identifier UID for identifying the only identity of the instrument and an application family identifier of a corresponding type. The RFID reading unit readsthe tag information inside the instrument through electromagnetic coupling of the antennas, the tag information are transmitted to the industrial personal computer through a RS232 serial port, the industrialpersonal computer is provided with an upper computer program which is developed by Qt, and the upper computer program displaying an operation interface and the statistic result of the system. The system has the beneficial advantages that the system can greatly reduce pressure and workload of checking surgical instruments in a surgery, can display the usage and recycle of the surgical instruments in an accurate and stable manner, and ensures that the surgical instruments are not missed in the checking.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of RFID radio frequency, in particular to an RFID surgical instrument management system based on radio frequency tags. Background technique [0002] The data show that the foreign body left over from the operation not only brings unnecessary injury and pain to the patient, but even directly threatens his life safety. The problem of foreign bodies left over from surgery must arouse our attention. To solve the problem of foreign bodies left in surgery, it is necessary to scientifically and strictly manage the use and recycling of surgical instruments during surgery, so as to prevent any missing surgical instruments. Through investigation, it is found that in current domestic hospital operations, in order to prevent surgical instruments (such as gauze, surgical scissors, vascular forceps, etc.) It not only increases the complexity and management cost of the operation, but also cannot carry out unified and standardized ...
