Abstract

The invention provides an exosome processing chip used for separating and purifying exosome. The exosome processing chip comprises a substrate, two electrodes and a gel layer, wherein the two electrodes are arranged at two ends of the substrate and are used for providing positive and negative voltages; the gel layer is arranged on the upper surface of the substrate and is used for separating impurities in an exosome mixed solution. The gel layer is provided with at least one sample loading groove, and the at least one sample loading groove is used for storing the exosome obtained by separating the exosome mixed solution and carrying out purifying. The invention further relates to an exosome processing method using the exosome processing chip.
