Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of electric automation, in particular to a sewage treatment experiment system based on a DDC (direct digital controller) and configuration software. The sewage treatment experiment system comprises an upper computer, a lower computer and a dredge pump motor control circuit, wherein the configuration software of a Forcecontrol 6.1 version and a gulf DDC programming software LonMaker 3.1 development platform are assembled on the upper computer; the lower computer is communicated with the upper computer, and adopts a gulf HW-BA5208 type DDC chip; the dredge pump motor control circuit is controlled by the lower computer. According to the sewage treatment experiment system disclosed by the invention, the configuration software and the DDC are combined, so that students can sufficiently experience the rear application of the configuration software, and the experimental lesson content of the students can be enriched through limited equipment, low construction cost and diversified programs.
