The device is placed in an optical switching box. The device comprises an optical fiber, a slide block, an elastomer, an elastomer anchor point and tail fibers. The slide block is fixed on a lock shaft of the lock cylinder and can move synchronous along with the lock shaft; a groove is formed in the slide block; the optical fiber is located near the slide block to fall into the groove in the slide block rotating process and be scratched by the groove to generate bending deformation at convenience; the optical fiber comprises a first section and a second section; the elastomer anchor point is arranged at the junction of the first section and the second section; one end of the elastomer is connected to the elastomer anchor point while the other end of the elastomer is fixed; the two tail fibers are separately welded to the two end portions of the optical fiber for communicating the optical fiber with an external optical fiber to transmit a photosensitive signal.
