Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, most of the bacteriostatic agents sold in the market are chemical bacteriostatic agents. While chemical bacteriostatic agents kill bacteria or pests, they also cause inevitable damage to the environment. Long-term and large-scale use will cause irreparable damage to the environment.

Embodiment 1

[0021] The extraction method of phytostatin comprises the following steps:

[0022] (1) According to the ratio of 1:2.5 in mass-to-weight ratio, quartz sand is mixed with the fallen leaves of poplar (populus small-leaved) tree, pulverized into powder,

[0023] (2) According to the mass ratio of 1:200, mix the powder obtained in step (1) with water, soak for 24 hours, then heat in a water bath at 40°C for 3 hours, centrifuge, and the supernatant is phytostatin .

Embodiment 2

[0025] The extraction method of phytostatin comprises the following steps:

[0026] (1) Mix the quartz sand with the fallen leaves of poplar (populus tomentosa) in a ratio of 1:2 according to the mass-to-weight ratio, and pulverize them into powder,

[0027] (2) According to the mass ratio of 1:190, mix the powder obtained in step (1) with water, soak for 22 hours, then heat in a water bath at 38°C for 4 hours, centrifuge, and the supernatant is phytostatin .

Embodiment 3

[0029] The extraction method of phytostatin comprises the following steps:

[0030] (1) Mix the quartz sand with the fallen leaves of poplar (Canadian poplar) in a ratio of 1:7 by mass to weight, and pulverize them into powder,

[0031] (2) According to the mass ratio of 1:210, mix the powder obtained in step (1) with water, soak for 26 hours, then heat in a water bath at 42°C for 2 hours, centrifuge, and the supernatant is phytostatin .

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting a plant bacteriostat. The method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing quartz sands with fallen poplar leaves according to a mass ratio of 1:(2-7), and crushing the obtained mixture to form a powder; and 2, uniformly mixing the powder obtained in step 1 with water according to a mass ratio of 1:(190-210), immersing the powder for 22-26 h, carrying out 38-42 DEG C water bath heating for 2-4 h, and centrifuging the heated solution to obtain a supernatant which is the plant bacteriostat. The method has the advantages of high efficiency, simplicity, low cost, guaranteeing of full dissolving of the plant bacteriostat, and avoiding of the antibacterial components of the plant bacteriostat from being destroyed by a high temperature; and the extracted plant bacteriostat has an antibacterial effect, and can be used to substitute a chemical bacteriostat in order to reduce the pollution of the chemical bacteriostat to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant extraction, and relates to a method for extracting phytostatin from plant leaves. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the bacteriostatic agents sold in the market are chemical bacteriostatic agents. While chemical bacteriostatic agents kill bacteria or pests, they also cause inevitable damage to the environment. Long-term and large-scale use will cause irreparable damage to the environment. . [0003] Plants are the natural treasure house of biologically active compounds, and the research and development of botanical pesticides is an effective way to develop new pesticides. According to statistics, more than 4,000 species of plants with pesticide activity have been found, including more than 2,000 species of plants with insecticidal activity; and more than 1,400 species of plants with fungicidal activity. [0004] Flavonoids are widely distributed and have a variety of biological act...
