Abstract

The invention discloses a milling and clamping device for the small end surface of a gear of a bevel gear shaft. According to the milling and clamping device, a vertical plate (1) is vertically arranged on one side of a base plate (9); a positioning assembly is arranged on the inner side wall of the vertical plate (1); a clamping assembly is arranged on the same side of the positioning assembly and is arranged on the same horizontal height as the positioning assembly; double-end studs (4) sequentially penetrate through the vertical plate (1), the positioning assembly and the clamping assembly from the outer side of the vertical plate (1); the distance between the positioning assembly and the clamping assembly can be adjusted by rotating the double-end studs (4) so as to clamp or loosen the head part of the bevel gear shaft (3); a supporting block (11) capable of supporting the tail part of the bevel gear shaft (3) is arranged at the position, located below the positioning assembly and the clamping assembly, of the base plate (9); and the center position of the supporting block (11) is coaxially arranged with the bevel gear shaft (3).
