Abstract

A detection tray body comprises a migration cavity and a buffering cavity, wherein the migration cavity and the buffering cavity are respectively provided with an outlet and an inlet, the outlet and the inlet are connected with a pump body respectively by virtue of a pipeline, the migration cavity is communicated with the buffering cavity by virtue of a switching mechanism, and a movably switchable valve strip is arranged between a first port and a second port. The detection method comprises the following steps: S1: opening a seal cover of the detection tray body, pouring simulation perspiration into the migration cavity, placing a given weight of shell fabric sample, and closing the seal cover; S2: opening the pump body, enabling the simulation perspiration to be cycled between the detection tray body and the pump body, wherein when in cycling, a flowing path of the simulation perspiration in the detection tray body is as follows: inlet-buffering cavity-switching mechanism-migration cavity-outlet; and S3: after the simulation perspiration is circularly migrated for a period of time, opening the seal cover, collecting all simulation perspiration, and determining phosphate plasticizer in the simulation perspiration.
