The insulator body is a diameter-variable tubular structure, at least five annular umbrella skirts are arranged at the outer peripheral surface of the insulator body, a through hole is arranged at the outer peripheral surface of a position where the insulator body being close to a lower port, the fuse cylinder is arranged at the internal portion of the insulator body, and the insulator cylinder is sleeved at the upper end of the fuse cylinder; the lower electrode fixing ring is fixedly sleeved at the periphery of a contact metal arranged at the lower portion of the fuse cylinder and is clamped at the inner wall of the insulator body; the contact metal arranged at the lower portion of the fuse cylinder is connected with a lower cable in the through hole; the upper electrode is installed at the upper end of the internal portion of the insulator body and is in contact with the fuse cylinder tube cap of the fuse cylinder; and the upper electrode is connected with an upper cable, and the seal module is installed at the internal portion of the lower port of the insulator body.
