Abstract

The device mainly comprises amain channel, a three-dimensional motion platform, a dispensing nozzle, an ion wind nozzle, a plastic hose, an ionizer, a heater, and a controller. A customized gear plate is supported by the upper end of the outer wall of the main channel through a bearing and a spring buckle. The customized gear plate is rotated by a synchronous motor and a synchronous belt. An ionized wind is sprayed towards the front of the spinning path by the ion wind nozzle, under the control of a rotary key, a connector, a rack, the customized gear plate, the synchronous belt, and the synchronous motor. The device capable of eliminating electrostatic influence and used for electro-spinning direct writing neutralizes the charge on a fiber with the ionic wind so as to reduce or eliminate the influence of electrostatic repulsion; the ion wind is sprayed obliquely forward relative to the nozzle through a nozzle structure and the controller without affecting the electrospinning process.
