The three-way valve comprises a valve body, a switching device and a driving device; the valve body is provided witha gas inflow hole, a first gas exhausting hole and a second gas exhausting hole; the gas inflow hole is communicated with a gas exhausting port of any cylinder in an engine; the first gas exhausting hole is communicated with a gas inflow system; the second gas exhausting hole is communicated with a gas exhausting system; the switching device is arranged in the valve body; and the driving device isarranged to drive the switching device to move in the axial direction so as to connect the gas inflow hole with the first gas exhausting hole or connect the gas inflow hole with the second gas exhausting hole. In this way, during cold starting of an engine, the gas inflow hole and the second gas exhausting hole can be connected by the switching device, and therefore waste gas in a plurality of cylinders in the engine can all flow into a catalytic device, the catalytic device can fast reach the work temperature, the emission of harmful gas can be reduced, and the environment protecting performance of the vehicle can be improved.
