Abstract

The invention discloses an ester-based composite material which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 40 to 50% of polypropylene carbonate, 0.1 to 1% of gamma-octanoic lactone, 0.1 to 3% of dioctyl adipate, 0.1 to 3% of ethyl methacrylate, 0.1 to 3% of hexadienoic acid and 40 to 60% of glyceryl triacetate. According to the ester-based composite material disclosed by the invention, varieties of ester substances are mixed to replace an original fiber reinforcing material; thus, overall performance of the composite material is improved, and the material has the advantages of good bending strength and heat distortion temperature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to an ester-based composite material. Background technique [0002] Composite materials are multiphase materials prepared by compounding two or more materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials or polymer materials. Various materials learn from each other in terms of performance and produce synergistic effects. The performance is superior to the original constituent materials and meets various requirements. Composite materials are used in many technical fields and have successfully replaced some traditional materials. It plays a vital role in the development of modern high technology. With the research depth and application breadth of composite materials and the speed and scale of production development, it has become one of the important symbols to measure the advanced level of a country's science and technology. In recent years, the global composite material ...
