The method realizes the health state evaluation after the failure occurrence of a satellite power supply. According to the method, firstly, an evaluation index attribute set and a reasonable evaluation set are established based on the failure analysis result of a satellite power supply failure mode. Secondly, a fuzzy evaluation matrix is obtained through expert evaluation or other methods. Thirdly, based on the analytic hierarchy process, the initial weight of each evaluation index in the same level is determined. Meanwhile, qualitative attributes are quantified, and then a final comprehensive evaluation result is obtained. In the aspect of health management, results can be divided into 5 levels of health, good, attention, deterioration and disease. In this way, the health degree of an evaluated object can be characterized in the above 5 levels. By adopting the method, the health degree of a satellite power supply during the running process can be calculated in real time.
