Abstract

The invention provides a FLUENT-based bearing antifouling chemical liquid filling method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) building a three-dimensional model of a bearing, importing themodel into FLUENT, extracting a bearing gap, performing grid division, and setting a fluid boundary condition; (2) setting a flow velocity of a filling chemical liquid, performing analysis on the flow velocity of the chemical liquid of the bearing gap based on the FLUENT, and extracting a flow velocity distribution cloud chart of the bearing gap; (3) according to the flow velocity distribution cloud chart, judging whether a region in which the flow velocity of the chemical liquid is 0 exists or not, and if yes, updating the flow velocity of the filling chemical liquid, and repeating the step(3), until the region which the flow velocity is 0 does not exist in the flow velocity distribution cloud chart; and (4) performing chemical liquid filling on the bearing by utilizing the currently obtained flow velocity of the filling chemical liquid. According to the method, a filling condition of the chemical liquid is obtained according to flow velocity distribution of the chemical liquid at each part of the bearing; evaluation of an antifouling effect is realized; and design of actual chemical liquid dosage and flow can be guided, so that the design test cost is reduced.
