A device for detecting appearance of an intelligent equipment protective cover plate includes a camera adjustment assembly provided with a camera and a lens, a high-speed linear motion assembly, an imaging triggering sensor assembly and an industrial personal computer, wherein the camera adjustment assembly can adjust a camera position and posture with six degrees of freedom, the camera and the lens are used for imaging a to-be-detected cover plate; the high-speed linear motion assembly includes a vacuum adsorption combination body which can adsorb the cover plate, so as to drive the cover plate to move at high speed; the imaging triggering sensor assembly is used for induction of a cover plate incoming material; the industrial personal computer is used for processing and recognition of acquired images. The device realizes adsorption high-speed detection of the cover plate by the vacuum adsorption combination body, and greatly reduces risk of secondary damage of the cover plate.
