Abstract

The invention discloses a profile principal component analysis feature extraction-based two-dimensional profile layout method. The method comprises the steps of firstly discretizing laid base materialprofiles, then reading the laid base material profiles and performing principal component analysis to obtain a first principal component and a second principal component of a to-be-laid base materialregion; secondly extracting all convex features of to-be-laid profiles, and performing principal component extraction and expression on the convex features of the profiles by using a principal component analysis method; thirdly unitizing all the principal components, and correspondingly endowing eigenvalue ratios with principal component weights to obtain principal components reflecting convex features of real profiles; and fourthly calculating ratios of the first principal components and the second principal components of the to-be-laid region and the convex features of the to-be-laid profiles, selecting a scheme with similar first and second principal component ratios as a layout scheme, and finally finishing two-dimensional profile layout. An algorithm is simple to realize; a corresponding optimal layout scheme can be found without indexing rotation collision of a conventional method; the layout is accurate; the filling rate is high; and the layout efficiency is high.
