The low-cost electromagnetic fault injection experiment platform comprises a self-made electromagnetic pulse generator, a fixed support, anelectromagnetic probe, an XYZ moving platform, a device to be attacked and a signal collection device. A relative position between the electromagnetic probe and the device to be attacked can be regulated through the XYZ moving platform. The self-made electromagnetic pulse generator is utilized to generate electromagnetic pulse of a specific parameter to perform electromagnetic fault injection experiment on a specific position of the device to be attacked, and an experiment phenomenon is observed and recorded through the signal collection device, which prepares for following experiment result analysis. The low-cost electromagnetic fault injection experiment platform is simple in design, low in manufacture cost, easy to operate and good in stability, and lays a foundation to the study of anelectromagnetic fault injection mechanism and a design method of an integrated circuit resisting an electromagnetic fault injection attack.
