The invention discloses a high-temperature aerobic fermentation process for sludge with low energy consumption and no pollution, and relates to the technology for aerobic fermentation treatment on dewatered sludge. The process is used for decontamination, stabilization and reduction treatment of town sewage sludge, sewage sludge, organic industrial wastewater sludge and organic sludge. In the process, the dewatered sludge and auxiliary materials are mixed, the mixture is crushed into composting particles with the diameter less than or equal to 20mm, the composting particles are evenly distributed into a pile with the height of 2m by a spreader, and the pile is covered by fermented decaying products to effectively reduce the odor emitted by the composting. A fermentation bin with two combined or separated bins is provided with a ventilation and oxygen supply system which is detachable, is easy to clear, prevents blockage and has even gas distribution, and a pile turning device inside; and the oxygen concentration, fermentation temperature, water ratio of the pile in the fermentation bin are controlled, so that sludge fermented products meet national standard. The process facilitates air supply and aerobic fermentation of the pile due to small diameter of the composting particles and the loose pile, has thorough fermentation of the particles of the sludge mixture, improves the quality of the sludge fermented products, makes the sludge fermented products meet the decontamination, stabilization and reduction index requirements specified by the national standard, and greatly saves electric energy consumption and reduces operating cost.

Method for preparing polyimide using water as dispersion medium and method for recovering water

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyimide using water as a dispersion medium for reaction and, more particularly, to a method for preparing a polyimide by dispersing a dianhydride compound and a diamine compound in water and reacting the compounds in a pressurized state within a sealed pressure vessel under temperature conditions of 5 degrees or above. The present invention also provides a method for recovering water by discharging vapor generated during the preparation of the polyamide and cooling and condensing the vapor. By using water as a dispersion medium, the method according the present invention does not generate organic-based waste fluid and is thus environmentally-friendly, reduces production costs, minimizes residual solvents after drying and thus does not have a problem that physical properties are degraded due to the residual solvents, and is advantageous in that the reaction temperature is lower, reaction steps are reduced, and the reaction time is shortened compared to conventional methods. Since water can be recovered after the reaction is completed, the method also allows recycling of water and is thus economical and very environmentally-friendly. In addition, the polyimide prepared by the method according to the present invention has the advantage of increasing thermal stability and molecular weight compared to polyimides prepared by conventional synthesis methods.

The invention relates to an analysis method, specifically to a quantitative fluorescence analysis method for a cobalt-based alloy. According to a technical scheme in the invention, the quantitative fluorescence analysis method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring a standard cobalt-based alloy sample and drafting a comprehensive standard curve; (2) determining optimal measurement parameters of a fluorescence spectrometer and comprehensive measurement parameters of the cobalt-based alloy; (3) analyzing the comprehensive standard curve and determining the linear relation between characteristic X-ray intensity of elements and the contents of the elements; (4) setting the contents of all the elements in a virtual synthesized standard sample of the cobalt-based alloy; (5) drafting virtual work curves of every single element; and (6) measuring the contents of all the elements in a to-be-detected cobalt-based alloy by using the virtual work curves of every single element. The quantitative fluorescence analysis method for the cobalt-based alloy in the invention overcomes the problems of dependence of fluorescent spectrometry on standard substances of cobalt-based alloys of a same grade and quantification of chemical components of a cobalt-based alloy of a new grade and realizes discrimination of the grade of cobalt-based alloys of unknown grades.
