The automatic cutting and smoothing mechanism comprises a printer, wherein a lower supporting plate is arranged on the surface wall at one side of the printer; a paper outlet is formed in a position, above the lower supporting plate, on the surface wall at one side of the printer; a fixed frame is welded on a position, above thepaper outlet, on the surface wall at one side of the printer; a smoothing roller is rotatably connected on the fixed frame through a rotary shaft; the smoothing roller is in transmission connection with an electric motor inside the printer through a belt; a U-shaped frame is welded on a position, at one side of the smoothing roller, on the fixed frame; the U-shaped frame is fixedly equipped witha cutter through a telescopic air cylinder; and a cutting slot matched with the cutter for use is formed in the lower supporting plate.
