Abstract

The invention discloses a fully-closed motor, comprising a motor base, stators, end covers and rotors, wherein the stators are fixed in an inner cavity of the motor base; the end covers cover two axial ends of the motor base; the rotors are fixed on rotation shafts; and the rotation shafts are borne in the end covers through bearings. The rotors and the stators are equipped with axial ventilationchannels. The air gaps between the rotors and the stators are not smaller than 0.25mm. According to two ventilator impellers which are arranged in the inner cavity of the motor base and rotate with the rotors coaxially, the rated pressure of one ventilator impeller is relatively low and the rate of flow of the ventilator impeller is relatively high, an inlet of the ventilator impeller covers an opening at the left end of the axial ventilation channel of the corresponding rotor, and an outlet of the ventilator impeller leads to an opening at the left end of the axial ventilation channel of thecorresponding stator; and the rated pressure of the other ventilator impeller is relatively high and the rate of flow of the ventilator impeller is relatively low, an inlet of the ventilator impellerfaces an opening at the left end of the air gap between the corresponding rotor and the corresponding stator, and an outlet of the ventilator impeller leads to an opening at the left end of the axialventilation channel of the corresponding stator. According to the design, the temperature rise of the motor, particularly, the temperature rise of the permanent magnet rotors is obviously reduced. According to the air-cooling impeller employed in the motor, the two ventilator impellers are combined integrally, thereby facilitating production and maintenance. The weight of an electric vehicle usingthe motor is reduced due to cooling effect improvement of the motor, so relatively more batteries can be mounted, and the full-charge driving range can be prolonged.
