Abstract

On the basis of accurately calculating the aeration quantity and regenerated return air quantity of an air compressor, self-adaptive control on system pressure and regeneration thresholds under various complicated operation conditions of vehicles is realized. The main process of the control method comprises seven steps: calculating an air compressor displacement F1 in real time based on an air compressor characteristic spectrum; calculating a regeneration throttle flow F2 in real time based on a regeneration throttle flow characteristic spectrum; calculating the use degree of a drying chamber; recognizing normal working conditions; recognizing special working conditions; judging a working state; and judging an actuator control state. Compared with the prior art, the control method provided by the invention considers various complicated working conditions in operation processes of the vehicles, adopts an exquisite processing mode and can completely ensure normal and safe operation of the vehicles. The control method provided by the invention is applied to FAW Jiefang new-generation heavy-duty commercial vehicles, and the system provided by the invention can meet the requirements of enterprise standards of the China FAW Group.
