Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a method for generating cooking advice information and a mobile terminal. The method is applied in the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal is configured with amolecular sensor. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting pre-set general dish information according to human health information of a user and generating specified dish information whichincludes meat information; driving the molecular sensor to emit near-infrared light to meat corresponding to the meat information, and receiving meat characteristic light reflected by the meat; measuring the component content of the meat according to the meat characteristic light; and generating cooking advice information according to the component content, wherein the cooking advice information is to cook the meat according to the specified dish information. The user can conveniently verify the component content of the meat and avoid from manually selecting meat based on experience and feeling, thus greatly improving the selection matching degree between dish and meat. Thereby, taste and quality of the dish are guaranteed, and body health of the user is maintained.
