Abstract

The invention discloses a manual maintenance switch which comprises a switch housing which is made of an insulating material; a shielding layer which is fixed in the switch housing and contacts with the housing or the grounding end of electrical equipment; a plug module which is arranged in the shielding layer; and a socket module which is arranged in the shielding layer and matches the plug module. The manual maintenance switch is advantageous in that through a method of adding a metal thin-wall layer in the inner wall of the manual maintenance switch housing, a terminal part on which currentflows over is surrounded by a metal layer, thereby realizing a purpose of maximal-range shielding to an electromagnetic field; the mounting flange surface of the manual maintenance switch is providedwith a metal elastic sheet which is communicated with the shielding layer; when the manual maintenance switch is mounted on a box body, the metal elastic sheet on the tail end of the shielding layeris closely connected with the housing of the box body; after a high-voltage line is connected, large current flows over the switch in operation and the electromagnetic field is generated; and hereon,the metal shielding layer shields the electromagnetic field, thereby reducing influence to a control system and ensuring stable operation of the electronic equipment.
