The hot-rolled H-shaped steel comprises the chemical components of, by weight, 0.08%-0.20% of C, no more than 0.5% of Si, 1.2%-1.6% of Mn, 0.06%-0.15% of V, 0.015%-0.05% of Ti, 0.2%-0.5% of Ni, no more than 0.02% of P, no more than 0.01% of S, no more than 0.015% of N, 0.20%-0.5% of Mo, 0.20%-0.35% of Cu, 0.20%-0.50% of Cr, 0.02%-0.05% of Al, no more than 0.004% of O and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel.
