Example Embodiment

[0032] Typical implementations embodying the features and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail in the following description. It should be understood that the present invention can have various changes in different embodiments, which do not depart from the scope of the present invention, and the descriptions and diagrams therein are essentially for illustrative purposes, rather than limiting this invention.

[0033] The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

[0034] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 15 As shown, the offshore installation method of the marine platform propeller of this embodiment is to install the propeller 2 on the bottom of the pontoon 3, specifically, to install it in the propeller compartment 31 of the pontoon 3. The method includes the steps:

[0035] In step S100, the propeller 2 is immersed in the seawater outside the pontoon 3, and the propeller 2 is connected to the de...

Abstract

The invention provides a marine mounting method of an ocean platform propeller. The propeller is mounted at the bottom of a float barrel. The method comprises the steps that the propeller is immersedin seawater on the outer side of the float barrel, and the propeller is connected with a deck crane of a platform and lifting rope assemblies penetrating the float barrel; after penetrating out from the bottom of the float barrel, the tail ends of the lifting rope assemblies are connected with the propeller; the propeller is lowered through the deck crane to be located at the water depth positionbelow a bottom plate of the float barrel; the lifting rope assemblies are utilized for pulling the propeller, and the position of the propeller is adjusted to be under the float barrel; and the propeller is lifted to the bottom of the float barrel through the lifting rope assemblies and is fixedly mounted. According to the marine mounting method of the ocean platform propeller, propeller mountingis completed by itself when the deck crane of the platform is offshore, the maintenance period is greatly shortened, and the operating cost of the platform is reduced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of marine engineering, in particular to an offshore installation method of a large propeller of a ship or an offshore platform. Background technique [0002] During offshore voyages or operations, if the azimuth thruster fails and needs to be repaired or replaced with a new thruster, the traditional method is to tow the platform with a tug to the land terminal or dock for related maintenance or replacement. In this method, because the tugboat is rented for towing and the platform needs to stop working and docking, it will incur high operating costs, and the maintenance and replacement cycle is long, which greatly increases the cost of the platform operator. Another traditional method of operation is to lease floating cranes, barges and tugs to cooperate with each other to complete the replacement and installation of propellers at sea. This method will also incur high operating costs due to leasing a large number of equipme...
