Abstract

The invention discloses a cloth dyeing pretreatment assembly line and a treatment method thereof. The cloth dyeing pretreatment assembly line comprises a cloth guide device, a padder device, a dryingdevice, an electric-shock de-sizing device and a rolling device. The electric-shock de-sizing device comprises a machine case, multiple guide wheels, two electric-shock assemblies and an IGBT power converter. The electric-shock assemblies are arranged at an interval. The treatment method of the cloth dyeing pretreatment assembly line comprises the following steps: guiding cloth by the cloth guidedevice; stabilizing cloth feeding through tension adjustment of the cloth guide device; rinsing cloth by the padder device to perform uniform rolling; drying rolled cloth by the drying device; performing electric-shock de-sizing operation on dried cloth by the electric-shock de-sizing device; and rolling de-sized cloth by the rolling device. With the cloth dyeing pretreatment assembly line and thetreatment method thereof, colour fastness of fabric can be effectively improved. Additionally, pollution emissions can be well reduced.
