A ringlike main body of the locating ring is internally provided with a central hole. APDC base body extends into the central hole to be located. The locating ring is located to the locating seat and clamped through the locating seat. The support seat is located onto the locating seat.The assembling ring gauge and the clamping assembly are located onto the support seat. The middle of the assembling ring gauge is provided with a locating hole, and the locating hole is coaxial with the central hole. By means of the assembling ring gauge, a toothed gear part is located to the upper end of the PDC base body. The clamping assembly comprises clamping jacking heads. The clamping jacking heads act on the outsides of toothed palms in an abutting manner so that the toothed gear part can be clamped. The assembling, clamping and measuring device further comprises a measuring assembly.The measuring assembly is composed of a measuring plate and a depth gauge.
