Abstract

The invention discloses an experiment system for exploring the relation between steam dryness and pressure. The experiment system comprises a kettle body and a data acquisition and control system; a heating heat-insulating sleeve is arranged on the outer wall of the kettle body; a high-pressure visible metering tube, a high-pressure window, a liquid inlet, a gas inlet, a pressure sensor, a thermocouple and a safety valve are arranged on the lower part of the kettle body; a piston is arranged in the kettle body; the piston and a piston lifting mechanism are connected; and the data acquisition and control system is electrically connected with the pressure sensor, the thermocouple, the heating heat-insulating sleeve, the safety valve and the piston lifting mechanism. The influence rule on thesteam by the pressure is analyzed by changing the pressure and combining with the water volume read from the high-pressure visible metering tube. The rought the heating heat-insulating sleeve, the experiment working condition at any temperature can be realized and the temperature control effect can be achieved. The experiment pressure is changed by inflating a certain amount of gas through the gas inlet, so that the experiment research under different pressure can be realized.
