The high stability pesticide composition which takes IPP and pyriproxyfen as active ingredients has an obvious synergic effect on brown planthopper and can slow down development of drug resistance of brown planthopper; monobasic potassium tartrate is taken as a stabilizer for resisting decomposition of IPP and pyriproxyfen, and the composition is unlikely to decompose and convenient to storeat a high temperature under interaction of the three; the production method of the high stability pesticide composition comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing IPP and the solvent, heating the mixture to 50-60 DEG C, quickly adding monobasic potassium tartrate under a stirring condition, and continuously stirring the mixture for 5-10min; and adding pyriproxyfen and the cosolvent to be mixed and dissolved and heating and stirring the mixture to prepare the high stability pesticide composition.
