Abstract

The invention discloses a full-molded-surface grinding method for a tapered bolt. A numerical control grinder is adopted, through design of a supporting plate and arrangement of a machining technology, full-molded-surface grinding is conducted on a tapered bolt blank by utilizing the supporting plate, a grinding wheel and a guiding wheel, and the grinding method comprises the following steps that1, the tapered bolt blank (1) before pre-grinding is machined; 2, a polish rod part of the tapered bolt is pre-grinded, and a tapered bolt blank (1') after pre-grinding is obtained; 3, the numerical control grinding supporting plate (4') is mounted; 4, the guiding wheel (2) and the grinding wheel (3) are repaired and maintained, and the tapered bolt blank (1') after pre-grinding is positioned; 5,overall molded surface numerical control grinding is conducted; and 6, after numerical control grinding is conducted, an obtained tapered bolt (1'') is dismantled.
