Commonly used raw materials for production raw materials of traditional handles comprise polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastics, polyethylene terephthalate and the like, the quality problems that the product strength is low and floating fibers happen to the appearance easily happen, and the rejection rate is high; and by replacing the raw materials with nylon, fibers and injecting molding materials meeting requirements, produced handles are excellent in performance, and soft and smooth in appearance, the quality problem of floating fibers of the surfaces of products in production is solved, and the rejection rate of the products is decreased by 30%. The gas assisting injection molding process can be applied to any thermoplastic plastics except especially soft plastics and part of thermosetting plastics, and thus, besides production of an external opening handle body, the gas assisting injection molding process is especially suitable for various large-wall-thickness workpieces similar with the type of handles.
