Infill Wall Construction Columns

A technology for filling walls and structural columns, which is applied in the direction of columns, pillars, pier columns, etc., can solve the problems of horizontal displacement of structural columns, limited horizontal load, and easy cracks on the top of filling walls, etc., so as to reduce the risk of cracks and improve side effects effect on binding capacity

Problems solved by technology

[0003] See figure 1 , the inserted bars left in the upper girder are linear, relying on the steel bars in the horizontal direction to resist shearing has certain lateral constraints, but it is easy to produce horizontal displacement, and the horizontal load it bears is also limited, and the steel bars are generally not directly used for shear resistance
For higher partition walls or external walls bearing wind loads, this common construction form is very likely to cause horizontal displacement at the top of the structural column, and cracks are likely to occur at the top of the filling wall

Embodiment 1

[0018] like figure 2 As shown, this embodiment includes a longitudinal reinforcement framework embedded in concrete, and the longitudinal reinforcement framework is provided with inserting reinforcement 2 on the top of the two exposed sides of the filling wall 3;

[0019] The two longitudinal ribs 1 on any exposed side of the filling wall 3 of the longitudinal rib skeleton are correspondingly provided with two inserting ribs 2. The opposite longitudinal rib 1 in tendon 1 overlaps.

[0020] Preferably, the two insert bars 2 are three-section steel bars, the first section and the end section are arranged in parallel, the bending angles are both 135°, and the angle between the two insert bars 2 is 45°.

[0021] Preferably, the two insertion ribs 2 are overlapped inside the two longitudinal ribs 1 .

[0022] The gap between the top of the longitudinal reinforcement 1 and the insertion reinforcement 2 is filled with asphalt hemp silk 5 .

[0023] In this embodiment, the horizon...

Abstract

An in-filled wall constructional column in the technical field of building construction includes: a longitudinal bar framework which is embedded in concrete. On the tops of two exposed surface sides of the in-filled wall, insert bars are arranged on the longitudinal bar framework. Being corresponded to the two longitudinal bars, two insert bars are arranged on the longitudinal bar framework at anyone of exposed sides of the in-filled wall. The two insert bars are arranged in an axial symmetry manner, and then are bent and crossed with each other, and are overlapped with the longitudinal barsat the opposite sides among the two longitudinal bars. By means of the bent and crossed insert bars, higher sidewise restraint force is formed and larger horizontal load can be born without horizontaldisplacement, so that risk of cracks formed in the top of the in-filled wall is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology in the field of building construction, in particular to a construction column for filling walls. Background technique [0002] Masonry infill walls of reinforced concrete structures need to be provided with structural columns to meet their stability and seismic requirements. The filling wall needs to be built after the construction of the main structure. The top structure of the structural column requires that the upper beam can be deformed vertically without transmitting the force to the lower beam and ensure that there is lateral restraint. The upper beam should be used between the top of the structural column and the upper beam. A hinged connection form in which the beam can be deformed vertically. [0003] See figure 1 , the inserted bars left in the upper girder are linear, relying on the steel bars in the horizontal direction to resist shearing has certain lateral constraints, but it is easy to produce hori...
