The circular polarization polarizer comprises a substrate, three reflective nano-brick arrays and a transmission nano-brick array; the upper and lower portions of one side surface of the substrate are provided with two reflective nano-brick arrays respectively, and the upper and middle portions of the other side surface, opposite to the side surface, are provided with one transmission nano-brick array and one reflective nano-brick array respectively;the reflective nano-brick array is composed of reflective nano-brick array units which are arranged on the substrate periodically; the reflective nano-brick array unit is composed of dielectric nano-bricks, of different direction angles, arranged in a row at equal interval on the substrate; and the transmission nano-brick array is composed of dielectric nano-bricks arranged on the substrate in anarray.
