Abstract

The detection module (14) introduces external cooling water through the total water inlet (42) and then connects to a water inlet of a water cooling system in a resistance welding machine to be detected through one detection interface (17). A water outlet of the water cooling system in the resistance welding machine to be detected is connected with the detection module (14) through another detection interface (17). The detected water is discharged through the waste water outlet (46). The PLC (32) converts all signals of the water cooling system inthe resistance welding machine to be detected into digital quantity and transmits the digital quantity via the bus to the touch screen (11) for display and control. The resistance welding machine water cooling system detection platform of the invention adopts a visual interface design, is convenient in operation, simple in wiring, and capable of accurately reflecting the detection process and results.
