The phase shifter is characterized by comprising an analog phase shifter, a power module, an FPGA module, a storage module, a communication module, an operational amplifier circuit, a digital-analog converter, and a temperature sensor. The storage module, the communication module, the digital-analog converter, and the temperature sensor are respectively connected with the FPGA module; and the digital-analog converter is connected with the operational amplifier circuit connected with a control voltage terminal of the analog phase shifter. The power module provides power for all modules. The 8-bit temperature compensation type numerical-control phase shifter has the following beneficial effect: the phase-shifting accuracy of the phase shifter is improved.
