The multi-mode mobile terminal comprises a reference clock generator, applicable to outputting a reference clock signal; a first register, applicable to storing a time offset corresponding to each network mode of the multi-mode mobile terminal; a mode converter, coupled with the reference clock generator and the first register, applicable to computing a system clock signal corresponding to the corresponding network mode of the multi-mode mobile terminal based on the reference clock signal output by the reference clock generator and the time offset stored in the first register, and outputting the system clock signal. By using the abovementioned scheme, the design complexity of themulti-mode mobile terminal can be reduced.
