Abstract

The invention discloses a judgment method for a carbon carrying amount of a DPF. The judgment method comprises the following steps: a. calculating a soot transient emission amount; b. calculating a CO2 transient emission amount; c. comparing the value of integration for a CO2 emission mass with the value detected by a CO2 sensor; d. obtaining a carbon consumption amount; e. educing the carbon carrying amount of the DPF; f. if the carbon carrying amount of the DPF, which is obtained in the step e, exceeds a set value, starting a DOC diesel oil forward-injection program; and g. if the consistency of the value of integration for the CO2 emission mass and the value detected by the CO2 sensor in the step c does not meet requirements, detaching and examining a catalytic carrier of the DPF. According to the judgment method for the carbon carrying amount of the DPF, the mass of carbon consumed in the DPF is calculated through the measured concentration; and the concentration measured through the sensor is low in deviation, so that the carbon carrying amount consumed in the DPF can be accurately calculated, the remainder carbon carrying amount in the DPF is judged, and reliable reference parameters are provided for an active regeneration program of regeneration of the DPF.
