Abstract

The small-diameter cable harness comprises a cable wire, bunched wire tightening devices and terminals, wherein the cable wire is externally embedded with the bunched wire tightening devices, and two ends of the cable wires are connected with the terminals respectively, conductive wire cores inside the cableharness adopt stranded tinned wires, the diameter of the stranded tinned wires is 2-3mm which is smaller than that of the traditional wires, and then a plurality of electrical harnesses are wrapped inside an insulating protective film in a cylindrical manner, so that the diameter of the cable harness is reduced, thereby being more miniaturized. The cable harness is externally provided with the bunched wire tightening devices, and the gap clearance between the conductive wire cores and the insulating protective film is extruded and reduced through pulling the bunched wire tightening devices, so that the whole cable harness is enabled to be more compact, and a condition of cable harness loosening does not occur. The junction of each terminal and the cable wire is provided with a connectinginterface, so that the cable wire can be formed into a cylindrical shape, thereby achieving a purpose of reducing the space, and finally achieving the purposes of miniaturizing the cable harness and enabling the users to use more conveniently.
