The invention discloses a state informationmonitoring device and system of the LED lamp. The target information of different hierarchical parts of the LED lamp is acquired in real time, the failure physical model is employed, the fault stateinformation and the remaining lifetime state information of the LED lamp are acquired according to the failure decision information and the target information of each hierarchical part, thus, the monitoring of a fault state and a remaining lifetime state can be more accurately achieved, and running and maintenance of the LED lamp are facilitated.
