brush type alternating-current motor. The motor comprises a motor shell, a
stator, a rotor, a motor spindle, and a fan. The motor further comprises a
brush cover, an insulating sleeve, a
slip ring, a
brush rod, brushes, a brush cleaning device, a temperature sensor, a support seat, and a
contact position sensor. The
slip ring is fixedly connected to the insulating sleeve. The insulating sleeve is fixedly connected to the motor spindle. The brush rod is fixedly connected to the upper part of the inner side of the brush cover. The three brushes are uniformly mounted on the brush rod at equal intervals. The brush cleaning device is disposed on the upper part of the brush cover. The support seat and the
contact position sensor are disposed on the lower part of the brush cover. The easy-to-clean brush type alternating-current motor is humanized in design, convenient to operate, and labor-saving. The incidence of electric sparks is reduced.
