The fixation and fusion device comprises a fusion structure and a fixation structure; the fusion structureis used for being implanted into the gap of the atlantoaxial lateral mass joint; the fixation structure is arranged at one end of the fusion structure and comprises an axis joint fixation part and anatlas joint fixation part which are used for being fitted to atlantoaxial lateral masses respectively, and the axis joint fixation part and the atlas joint fixation part are provided with through holes for fasteners to penetrate through respectively. The fusion structure and the fixation structure are integrally formed, thus, internal fixation and bone graft fusion can be completed at a time during an atlantoaxial joint fusion operation, and operation steps are simplified.
