The quick drying device for fine dried noodle production is provided with the rotating rollers, the conveying net belts, the fixed rod, the motor, the driving wheel, the beltand the driven wheel for achieving a mechanical conveying effect on fine dried noodles, so that labors are reduced, and the device is convenient to use; the drying effect of the fine dried noodles can be better through the conveying net belts; and through arrangement of the damping pad and a silica gel pad, a buffer damping effect can be achieved on one hand.
