The invention provides a flexible circuit board positioning method, device and computer-readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a digital image of a full-plate flexible circuit board on an incoming material tray; identifying all locating holes feature points in the digital image through a template matching algorithm; carrying out linear fit on the identified positioning hole characteristic points, and calculating the included angle between the fit straight line and the preset standard positioning line; identifying a local characteristic mark point of each single flexible circuit board in the digital image through a template matching algorithm; acquiring the position of a local characteristic mark point of the first flexible circuit board on the full-plate flexible circuit board according to the identification result; calculating an offset between a position of a local feature mark point of the first flexible circuit board on a full-plateflexible circuit board and a standard position of a preset first flexible circuit board; and positioning and compensating the whole flexible circuit board according to the included angle and the offset.
