Problems solved by technology

[0008] The inventors of the present application have found that all the currently known gene transfection methods have the disadvantages of high cost and time-consuming, specifically: the electroporation method has a high cell lethality rate, and the amount of cells and DNA is large, resulting in high cost. The waste of the virus transfection method is complicated, and the specificity for the cell type is high, so it is not easy to popularize; the operation process of the cationic lipid method is also complicated, and the transfection efficiency is easy to change with the cell type

Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1 of the present application provides a gene transfector for introducing exogenous genes into target cells.

[0033] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the gene transfector of the embodiment of the present application. Such as figure 1 As shown, the gene transfector 100 may include: a substrate 101 , a cover 102 , and a heating unit 103 .

[0034] In this embodiment, the cover body 102 is provided with a distance from the surface of the substrate 101, and a liquid flow channel 104 is formed between the cover body 102 and the surface of the substrate 101. The liquid flow channel 104 is used to make the cells containing target cells and exogenous gene solution flow; the heating unit 103 is formed on the surface of the substrate 101 for heating the solution flowing in the liquid flow channel 104 .

[0035] In this embodiment, the cover body 102 has an opening 105 corresponding to the position of the heating unit 103 , and the opening 105 can allow the solutio...

Abstract

The invention provides a gene transfection device and a gene transfection method. The gene transfection device comprises: a substrate, a cover body, which is spaced from the substrate surface, whereina liquid flow channel for flowing of a solution containing target cells and exogenous genes is formed between the cover body and the substrate surface; and a heating unit, which is formed on the substrate surface, and is used for heating the solution flowing in the liquid flow channel. Specifically, the cover body has an opening, the position of the opening corresponds to the heating unit, and the opening is used for the solution heated by the heating unit to flow out. According to the invention, the method can improve the gene transfection efficiency and lower the gene transfection cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a gene transfection device and a gene transfection method. Background technique [0002] Gene transfection is a technique for introducing exogenous genes into target cells. It uses purified specific DNA (deoxyribose nucleic acid) to be delivered into target cells to make them express in cells to achieve research purposes. [0003] At present, the gene transfection methods that are widely used are electroporation, virus transfection, cationic lipid method, etc. There are also devices such as electroporators on the market. [0004] The principle of electroporation is to use electric pulses to destroy the potential of the cell membrane, so that small holes are formed on the cell membrane and DNA enters the cells through the small holes. This method has high transfection efficiency and a wide range of applications. [0005] The virus transfection method is to use the v...
