The system comprises a rectifier module, a plurality of independent resonant heating modules, a zero-crossing detection module and a control module, wherein an input end of the rectifier module is connected with an AC power supply; the plurality of resonant heating modules all are connected with an output end of the rectifier module; the zero-crossing detection module is connected with the AC power supply and is used for detecting a zero-crossing interval of the AC power supply to generate a zero-crossing detection signal; the control module is connected with the zero-crossing detection module and the plurality of resonant heatingmodules separately; and the control module is used for carrying out heating switching control on the plurality of resonant heating modules according to the zero-crossing detection signal to constructa simultaneous heating interval for simultaneous heating of at least two resonant heating modules in the zero-crossing interval. Therefore, the system is capable of controlling the plurality of resonant heating modules to quickly carry out alternate heating, and the simultaneous heating interval is constructed during switching, so that the power during switching is continuous, and the switching losses of IGBTs in the resonant heating modules are reduced.
