The invention relates to a modular
machine anti-freezing
system which comprises a charging module, a
power storage module, a heating module and a central
processing module. The central
processing module compares the temperature in a shell with a preset temperature
lower limit threshold value, and when the temperature in the shell is lower than the preset temperature
lower limit threshold value, itis indicated that the temperature in the shell is low at the moment, the risk of
frost cracking exists, the central
processing module controls the heating module to start heating a shell tube, the heating module takes power from the
power storage module to electrically heat the shell tube, and the charging module supplements
electric energy lost by the
power storage module. According to the modular
machine anti-freezing
system, on one hand, the temperature in the shell tube is monitored, and when the temperature in the shell tube is lower than a preset temperature
lower limit threshold value,the shell tube is automatically heated and prevented from
frost cracking; and on the other hand, the supply of
electric energy required by heating is met in a charging and
electric power storage combined mode, the
electric energy is stable and continuous, and the heating function is stable. The whole module
machine anti-freezing
system can prevent a module machine from being frozen, and the riskthat the module machine breaks down due to
frost cracking of the shell tube is remarkably reduced.
