The invention relates to a reinforced and reconstructed dam which comprises a new overflow plane, a new dam top, a new waterward plane, a buffer end, and a
new energy dissipation and
erosion control section which are connected in sequence; the new dam top is used for replacing an original dam top; the new overflow plane comprises an overflow plane, an anchor bar, a steel
wire mesh and concrete; the new waterward plane comprises a waterward plane, an anchor bar, a steel
wire mesh and concrete; the
new energy dissipation and
erosion control section comprises an energy dissipation and
erosion control section, an anchor bar, a steel
wire mesh and concrete. The dam reinforcing and reconstructing method comprises the following steps: (1) a dam top is dismounted from AB elevation to CD elevation;and then concrete is poured to the CD elevation till reaching the AB elevation; (2) roughening the surfaces of the waterward plane, the overflow plane and the energy dissipation and
erosion control section, implanting the anchor bars, and externally hanging the steel wire meshes at the outer ends of the anchor bars; (3) pouring concrete to the surfaces of the waterward plane, the overflow plane and the energy dissipation and
erosion control section, the anchor bars and the steel wire meshes, and pouring in
precast concrete short columns, so as to form the new waterward plane, the new overflowplane and the
new energy dissipation and
erosion control section. The reinforced and reconstructed dam has the advantages of being firm in reinforced dam and bringing convenience for self rescue of the drowning. The invention belongs to the technical field of dams.
